Is there a way to close a thread? For example if an issue has been solved, etc. It would help from people posting in old threads and require them make new post.

This is against all forum rules written or not. I have been in many different forums over the years and such doesn't exist. I understand what you mean and necromancy is still irritating when someone posted in 10 years dead thread.A tree is known by its fruit, a man by his deeds. A good deed is never lost, he who sows courtesy, reaps friendship, and he who plants kindness gathers love.
Blessed are they who can laugh at themselves, for they shall never cease to be amused.👍 4 -
Ha-Ha I've been guilty of posting in those 10 yr old threads by mistake and why asking. I've seen Non-copier forums where the threads are closed by the OP or automatically after a set time. Not sure why it wouldn't be allowed, not saying to remove it just lock it.Comment

By the way the page doesn't come out wrinkled like that? I'm assuming it was uncrumbled?

I think you might have better luck finding a copier technician on Copytechnet.
No need for your spam, thank you.If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
