Ha, ha . I just figured out what I was doing wrong and why I was stumped, was just ignorance on my part. I did not post for about four years and forgot the method of posting. I was clicking on
"new posts" which was just displaying the number of new post and was getting the following message. So, I thought something was wrong with my account. I was doing it incorrectly. If anyone wants to try this , click on the new post label on the menu and it will instantly take you to the following.
It seems, like I had a brain freeze on this issue, I felt stupid, but hey, problem solved. The administrators should fix that though, and not allow it to be clicked, it should be greyed out.

Copytechnet Home is currently unable to handle this request.

Just to reiterate , this Lexmark xm7355 is a really fantastic machine. It is the ideal machine that I think the engineers designed with simplicity and service minded too. They seemed to iron out a lot of issues the predecessor the xm7155 had. The pickup motor for tray1, the drive motor ass, the developer drive unit, the lv power supply can all be replace in a very short time .

The boot up time is very good, the external covers colour do not fade, and the touch screen works with few issues. The newer lexmarks are good machines that performs well. The colour models hold their image till PM, in most . They have improve tremendously since the older ones.

The only thing I don't like with their service , is you cannot swap boards, in most cases.

A Trivia question here. Why do lexmark hardly every have paper jam problems ?

Most manufactures mono devices & reliable & easy to disassemble.

Shame this is not the same with the colour Lexmark devices.

Most colour machines of any manufacturer involves more parts and therefore a bit more intricate design. Lexmark is not different, the newer models are quite reliable and holds up well. While some parts are time consuming, removal and assembly is no different from the rest. The thing i have come to learn and is a must with all lexmark, is you have to disassemble and reasembe according to the manuals [especially the covers ] else parts would be broken . They use simple, but clever ways to their assembly. Anyway to each their own as to their reliabilty and performance.

While I do understand that you are in awe of Lexmark what I don't understand is why this topic is here and not in appropriate Lexmark models forum. Please respect this place by following some simple rules.

While I see your comments as duty, I explained why it ended up here. Sure, future post would be in it's appropriate section.

Even so, this would still not have been the appropriate location for your original intent of the post anyway. That should have happened here:

Understand, it was not my intent on posting this here. I have been on this forum from 2010 and was away for a couple of years. I even PM Blackcat and Slimslob for assistance as to the error code I was posted here. I just saw the "post new thread" and I did not have a topic as such, so I posted about the current machine I was working on.

Mistakes do happen and I acknowledge that I made that error. So what both you guys want now , blood.

That explains nothing. Be careful, Aneurysm is back and removing spam. I almost reported this as spam for being in the wrong forum.
