The account wasn't locked and everything looks normal. It looks like they login from Belgium so maybe something regional? I'll see if I can login via VPN through Belgium and duplicate the issue?

If he tries to log in, he gets login incorrect.
If he goes to forgot password, click here, no mail ever gets received. He tried making another account on his private mail, same problem.
He logs in from Belgium indeed, he's on the desk next to mine...so same network/location.

Thanks for clarifying, that rules out a lot of stuff. I see his username linked to y***i@c***s.be with a last activity date of October 25th, it's not locked or awaiting email confirmation, everything looks fine on our end.
Do you receive emails from us at the same domain?
Has he tried a different browser? or tried using his credentials from your workstation?
If you want, I can manually change his password and PM it to you so he can see if that works? let me know.

He tried everything above and more, so maybe try sending the PW to me so we can try that way?
