Any reason the site is running very slow, trying to reply to a post etc takes a few attempts as often the page times out.

Absolutely agree it's painfully slow and difficult to navigate through. Also after some time of waiting I get server error messages.... maybe it's sign to me to stop living here and get out to do whatever normal people are doing...

Most likely the problem is some other URL hosted by the same server cloud is getting extremely heavy traffic.Comment

Not the first time I encountered that before but fortunately it's rather maybe 1-2 times per year.
Nothing dramatic just minor issue. Hope izzynut isn't trying to post in 'Joke of the Day' thread he will have a hard time

It's being like that from many years. Very rare maybe 1-2 times in year and lasts a day or two.
I get used with that and know to wait patiently
