    I was finally able to process Kyocera's prices.
    They are overpriced (the person who supplied them cheats to be competitive), I don't understand ...

    Similarly, after comparing Fuji and Katun, there are differences in price but also in lifespan that are very strange for Katun, and I can't find any good explanations.
    So we'll stick with Fuji if they agree to change the warranty and especially if they change the price of the wastes (they cost the price of a toner, wtf, I think it's a mistake in the spreadsheet).
    I think there are too many intermediaries though (Fuji Global -> Fuji France -> French reseller for very small businesses -> French distributor).
    Very bad feeling with the reseller and on the other hand super motivated to work with the distributor (but impossible to bypass the reseller ...).

      If all else fails read the Service Manual!

      If that fails, meet me at the pub and we will discuss it.

            I finally had my training, far too short for my taste, 1 day for A3, 1 day for A4, and with instructors who are new to the job (but 20 years' experience in copying), but with other technicians who are also experienced and have all brands in their fleet, including Xerox.

            The machines are very solid and troubleshooting seems quick and easy, with a guarantee (80% minimum lifespan) on maintenance parts and drums (which they consider to be consumables in the same way as toner and the waste box).
            I don't like the user UI and the web page, but the other technicians were very happy with it.
            They're happy with the Xerox hardware (so Fujifilm) but hate the Xerox software, and see only advantages in having Fujifilm software.
            According to them, these are the most premium machines in their fleet, they only do maintenance, almost never breakdowns, and a process control worthy of a Pro range machine (Canon imagePress etc.)
            And my God, they're quiet O_o, almost quieter than Epson machines.

            In short, hardware that seems to me to be under control, software that is FAR from what Sharp offers, but which can (and will) evolve with firmware updates, unlike the hardware.

            Sharp = ease of use for users and a fantastic web page
            Epson = reliability
            Fujifilm = quality?
