Was at dealer, got bought out and work Direct.
We have an admin person for every tech in the field.
We have about 1600 techs.

I was fixing copiers/faxes/printers/duplicators/calculators & doing the network connecting etc. since 1980 for various vendors, but in 2004 went to work for the local school system. Recently, in July of 2019, was "overstaffed" by the I.T. department (which was the department that absorbed the copier repair staff in 2016). I was called to join a different department in the same school system, have enjoyed it ever since, less strain on the knees & back.

What is "Direct"? Is that a VERY large company? It sounds like it with 1600 technicians.

I also work for a great guy, but I'm not my boss unfortunately.
We import Minolta from the USA, rent and sell here in Brazil.
We are 12 employees in total.

I'm working for a dealer with around 25 employees for over 10 years now. Before that, I worked for a dealer with around 200 employees.
