I was fixing copiers/faxes/printers/duplicators/calculators & doing the network connecting etc. since 1980 for various vendors, but in 2004 went to work for the local school system. Recently, in July of 2019, was "overstaffed" by the I.T. department (which was the department that absorbed the copier repair staff in 2016). I was called to join a different department in the same school system, have enjoyed it ever since, less strain on the knees & back.
What is "Direct"? Is that a VERY large company? It sounds like it with 1600 technicians.
