    Weird one

First of all, as it's my last working day of the year....Happy Christmas to all

We've recently installed a load of KM bizhubs to one customer, C558s & C3350is, they can access the pagescope on the C558s fine, but not on the C3350is, however, I can connect to pagescope when the C3350i is in my office, or with a laptop ( i learned how to do it today.. )

Has anybody any idea why it won't work on the customers network...... it just doesn't seem to make sense, apparently they can print fine.

    Cheers

Did you try PSWC from a different bowsers?

Is the local IT limiting browser addresses? I serviced a bank once that only allowed the company website ... that's it. To access the webpage I had to connect via crossover to my laptop. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Websense is called what you BC met.
As far as I understand they can access PSWC on C558s, I assume that will rull out completely their network settings etc.

Our IT chap went in and had a look whilst I was off, I had to wait until he came back today, as far as he can remember......IP filtering was turned on, which he turned off, and he had to set the smaller machines to TLS 3

These new "i" devices have a few extra features turned on, the above being one. Also recently had to install Papercut and these have all sorts of new web browser security settings that need to be changed.
