    Remote operation panel for Ricoh MP C3002 ?

    Hello , is posible to use remote operation panel on this machine ( mpc3002)? if so , how to enable it ? Thank you.

      Unfortunately I believe its only the Cxx04 series and up. Maybe the 03's since they had smart op panel capability but I've only seen it on Cxx04's and up

          Yes, it's only on machines with a Smart Panel version 2 and newer.

              Thank you , srry for comeing so late with a response. Problem is that we have to implement a solution , equitrack , and IT support sustains that EQuitrack can be installed only on machines with remote panel.

              If u know from what machines and up EQuitack was implemented i would apreciate. If im not wrong i c it on MP 4001 .
              What was the oldest machine u c EQuitrack implemented ?

                  Yes you can install Equitrack on the MP C3002.

                      Sounds to me like either IT is too lazy to go to the machine location to preform the installation or they don't know how to use WIM.
