Dear All,
SMB Scanning not working for few pcs (CANON IRADVC 5051/5250)form different customer locations tried the follow setting
1.SMB1 is enabled(Programs & features)
2.checked all the settings in network & sharing center(Password protected sharing is off)
3.Checked & varrified inbound rules in the firewall setting
4.Tried by turn off firewalls in the antivirus also
5.Also enabled netbios over TCP IP
6.Also updated the machine firmware to support SMB V2/SMB V3.
Main problem is while trying by search host form the machine it is discoveing the pc name or IP adress but after touching its says "no response from the server"
It all happends after thewindows updates.
Kindly suggest any other solution please.
