    Prtanista /FM Audit

HI. We use Printanista/ FM audit and waste tone alerts stop working on a random basis. Two weeks ago I re-did the alert definition and it hasn't worked. Emailed technical support and unfortunately still waiting. Would someone be able to take a screenshot of the waste alert configuration so I can compare it to ours, please? Or perhaps some instructions.
    Many thanks.

    Wow, no response?

We use Printanista, from countless installs, I can tell you that as of right now, there are no waste box alerts for printanista.
What we do is set up a free google account for the machine, and set up e-mail alerts as well as having printanista installed.

If you ever find out though, let us know. :\

I got to the bottom of it. There's a way. It's not something you could work out by yourself. Printanista support explained it eventually.

This has always been an issue with FMA; sometimes they work, sometimes they don't.
I run a Service Alert report every morning to catch the service alerts that would normally occur if the software actually worked.
REPORTS>DEVICE ALERT HISTORY>un-check Supplies and check Service, set # of days to look at, click Generate.

Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!
