I am the copier vendor and one of my clients are having issues with scanning. It is really slow. I have tried checking the network settings and everything is correct on that end. I have tried removing all the files from the folder and that did not work either. I also tried rebooting the copier and the computer and removed the network cables and i am still having the same issues. All the scan settings are at the lowest settings possible.
