    scanning using 365 on Bizhub

I'm setting up 365 for scanning, on a Bizhub C3350i, with my 365 credentials it works, when I enter the customers credentials (username/password) I keep getting error 535 (incorrect authentication data) , but I can go online and log in to their 365 account, using the credentials they gave me......anyone got any ideas.....please.

What is the Sender address set to, default or use destination? (not sure how Bizhub does this, but sender must match dest. for O365 unless a proxy has been set-up. That feature rolled out Apr of this year)

it's got the user account name, the same that we've used for the SMTP Authentication

        Try this:
Enable SMTP AUTH for specific mailboxes
Open the Microsoft 365 admin center and go to Users > Active users.
Select the user, and in the flyout that appears, click Mail.
In the Email apps section, click Manage email apps.
Verify the Authenticated SMTP setting: unchecked = disabled, checked = enabled.
