Canon print issue
Can we get more info? Is the copier ps enabled? Which driver are you using ps or ufrII? Have you deleted the printer and reinstalled, or rebooted Pc? What happens when you print, does it fail or does the copier say error? Is the port an ip port? If not try adding an ip port. Sometimes if it is installed by the disk the the port has issues with the Pc.
Also, is there virus protectionon the Pc? What have you tried printing? A test page, word doc, etc -

To ping your printer go to the Start menu, then
Run.
On the line type: cmd
then Enter.
When the command line window comes up type in: ping 192.168.1.8
then Enter.
A successful ping will return in just a few milliseconds.
Another simple test is to open your browser, then type on the address line: 192.168.1.8
then Enter. You should then see the webpage for the desired printer.
If either of these tests fails you must then discover why the printer is not connecting to the network. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
