Kyocera Fs-1128 Mfp - Scanning Issue.

    Hi All,

Anybody had this before on a Kyocera Fs-1128mfp where the user scans 4 pages to a folder on their pc in jpeg format all 4 pages come through , the first page is correct but the remaining 3 pages are blank?

    Thanks in advance.

... but PDF and TIF formats scan OK? Maybe a memory upgrade will help here. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

try scanning as b/w and if it works that is a bug....I found a bug in the ta300 that was identical to that

I know this isn't right replying like this, however since you are a Kyocera tech, are you able to scan to a 1128 via the USB connection? Must it be twain scanning?
        thanks, tva

Yes only twain scanning if you use USB.
