    km 2050

    hello
    I have a kyocera km2050 connected as a scanner and printer .
The printer all right, but the scanner sometimes loses the addresses of the destination pc ...
DHCP is off .... any ideas ??

I'd like to clarify something first. Does the address book lose the IP address of the PC with the SMB folder ... , or does the address book retain the address but the PC has been assigned a new address by DHCP? If it's the latter case, you can either use the PC's host name (assuming DHCP can resolve it correctly), or you can set the PC to a static IP address. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
