C3220 Windows8.1 can ping and accessUI - stalled

    C3220 Windows8.1 can ping and accessUI - stalled

    No printing
    Tried PS/PCL5c/UFR - checked set to 0 for printer type - Driver installs fine (all of them) but try's to spool job and stalls -'printer busy or error'
    Tried Sharp driver to same port - same symptom
    Tried RAW 9100, LPR and 'print', LPR and PRINT, disable SNMP
    Also tried Direct Print through UI, says 'cannot use Direct Print', re-seat NIC, behaves the same with 2 similar PC's.
    Any thoughts other than System Software reload or pipe bomb?

      ImagePass C2 (no UFR )

      or Multi Pdl Kit_A2 ?

      What error_?
      Did u just install 8.1_?

          PCL and UFR - no C2, no box on back -INT-CON set to 0
          New client, no real history-they just got the machine
          I did not see Mulit-PDL Kit A2 listed, only checked through the counter button and system check
          I assumed it was installed or the driver install utility would not have found it?

              This goes back more than a few years, but an easy way to check if the printer option is installed is to check for the presence of AppleTalk. (Crazy as it may sound.)

              If it's not there, the option is not installed, or really messed up.

                  When the Multi Pdl Kit is installed if has a UFR Board (Ultra Fast Rendering Board) installed in the side slot/ This board is installed in the slot on the Main
                  Controller underneath the Ethernet PCB.
                  & a "N" Network Boot Rom

                      Thank you all, I'll check again when I'm out that way. There was a board directly under the NIC but I did not check for the boot ROM version.

                          you have written: you dont see the Multi-PDL kit a2 and also on the title only C3220

                          is this device a iRC3220 or a CLC3220?
