Ir3570 exit sensor assembly

Anyone know a part number for the assembly that has the exit switch in it for the 3570? Client has one that the switch is binding on and showing jams.

Jam code? Exit could mean Fuser, 3Way Unit or Finisher.

As I said the switch, last one as exits, no finisher, sticks. I can physically move and feel it sticking. Looks worn where shaft sits inside unit, this need replacement.
