    Send problem in Image runner advance

    hello , to all

    i have a problem in ir advance when i want to use the send to computer i couldn't see the work group i wonder why this happen im sure its not a copier problem but will be thankful if any one can help ,this is always happen in win7 and above i disable the firewall and the antivirus also i turn on the network settings and still the work group not appearing .

    You can try to set up the address book manually, putting the ip of the pc where you want to scan

      Dear Friend,
      might be problem with domain name, you have feed it in machine. or you can directly add address through RUI.

        Turn on DHCP, reboot to let the machine pull all the network settings, then try to browse the workgroup again
