[CQ] Color issues, Solid colors with uneven shadings

    Hi fellow techs,
I am back with a new issues. I just receive a Canon Adv C5051.
Prints prefectly on full black and full color (pls see my PG10)
however, when print shades or graduation, you can see all 4 colors are uneven.

I do not have any history of the machine, but black solid text and first 1 or 2 parts of the darker shades are fine.
Since 4 colors are having the same issue,i do not think the drums or developers are the problems.

Could it be fuser or ITB belt? or could it be firmware or some other settings?
    Kindly enlighten me...
    Thanks!

Do a live job print and not one from internal service mode.
make up an A3 CMYK sheet thick bands across the page of each colour.

    http://www.jtek.co.uk/images/pdf_doc...2015020301.pdf -- here is one i prepared earlier ... it's 70%

is the unevenness in the same places on each colour? 2nd transfer roller is an option

Print from PC A4 of each single colour CMYK -- what are the results?

i actually printed some documents from the customer pc. as the documents are confidential, i did not upload the images here.
The images does have the "Cloudy" effect too.

Solid colors for YMCK are fine. but the 2 and 3 shades it will start to be cloudy again.

I am searching for the solution and could this be the same problem i am having?

It could be the same fault, so give it a try.
Also swap the drums around.. does it give you the same result.

I have just switch the drums. same issue.

"It was the shutter assembly that looks at the color density on the ITB had somehow come disconnected from the Selenoid that actuates it and was not opening.
This was causing the colors to be off and would not allow any adjustments to have any effects.
Reconnected shutter to solenoid and no further issues with mirroring/ blurry colors!!
Sometimes its jus the simple things."

Any idea which part is this? I can't seem to find the shuttle assembly.which part number is that?
          Thanks all!
