    E020-XX24 in a Canon CLC 1150

help to me, I have a canon CLC1150 with the following fault, E020-0124 E020-0224 E020-0224, these codes in one CLC1120 one changes the main board, and de fault is over. but in this machine, I replaced the main board, but the fault did not fix. Somebody made something with this fault code...

    thanks

tHE CODE that you are having deals with the density in your dev tanks. The Manual says this

"xx24 At time of setting initial
    data (as during
    installation), the result of
    averaging five retry
    samplings of PT-SIG-M/
C/Y levels is '683' or less
    or that of PT-SIG-K
    levels is '305' or less."
In simple English it means either of two things (A) your developers are Kaput or (B) the Drum is had it.
You can try reinitializing the developers but this will only be a band aid fix because after a short period of time they will error again.IF the drum is old you should replace both drum and developersat the same time.

cheek the ATR sensor for dirt then check the life of your developer, if there over 40-50k change then check the life of your drum
if over 80k change this + the grid and primary wires.
      this should clear your faults.
      Happy hunting.
