[Misc] Canon iR3245 - Touch Panel very slow

Hello friends:

I have an iR3245, it is configured to copy/print and email/smb scan. When I try to scan to folder, the touch panel does not respond normally, it is very slow.
I already change the firmware to 48.02 version, clean de HDD and memories too. The machine has the security HDD erase data kit.

Do you have any idea about this issue?

If it does not respond replace the touch screen. You can calibrate it in service mode. On the newer advance canons I replace the CPU board under the control panel.

you could try reinstall firmware, otherwise replace CPU or complete control panel

is it also slow without network connection? maybe a issue on your network
otherwise maincontrolller
