IR 4570 - Jamming problems

Just to get everybody more confused
I just checked with Canon again to be sure and it turns out that both Screwtape and I are correct. Both part#s FM2-0131/0132 AND FM3-1296/1297 are correct. They all still exist and EITHER can be used.

You guys are good. The pressure pads on the lower right door need to be replaced by something firm. I use either the rubber from a tyre/roller cut to size (works great) or the hard back of those impregnated shoe polish sponges - also works great cut to size. The Canon modification pressure strip is too weak.

Go to Service mode(*2$8 *) copier-Display-Jam-touch your immediate jam.it will tell you the jam type and the sensor number.

Thanks for all the help guys.I fixed this machine a while ago, had NO idea that in order to change the vertical path rollers I needed to take apart the entire side of the machine. It was an experience for sure. Couldn't have done it without you guys.
