What type of paper stock being used_?

Go into the Service mode COPIER>OPTION LEVEL 2>BODY and adjust FX-SPD and EX-PS-SP and set to +2.

FX-SPD adjusts the fixing roller speed and EX-PS-SP adjusts the Paper Delivery Vertical Path Motor speed.

NOTE: These values can be adjusted between -2 and +2. Factory specification is at 0

Are the yellow lines supposed to be there along the bottom of the image? I think maybe not. It's looks a lot like a repetitive defect. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I'm with Zoraldinho, looks like smudgeing... Can you whipe off or smear the toner when it does this ?
If it was the drum i'd expect this to be on every printout...

                Re: output

poster needs to indicate if issue is only on trailing edge of copies ???
& type of paper stock ???

output every ten copies has one or two
                could just be stock issue

if this is Heave Stock-----------------it may cause too great a paper arch that is created between the 2nd Transfer Roller and the Fixing Assembly .

Increase the fixing speed for heavy media with service mode level 2 COPIER>OPTION>BODY>FX-SPEED2 (the larger the value the faster the fixing speed).

I believe poster means magenta text smear/blast on bottom on image ?????????

                smear.jpg

I would remove ITB--- then remove bottom metal plates----clean underside---inspect if either plate has a slight bend ??? any slight bend interferes with image on belt--especially on trailing edge of long side stock ( that stock has a tendency to lift up a bit on separation -
