Advc5051 remove paper from output tray erro

Hi guys
Not seen this myself at the customers but they tell me that they get the "remove paper from the output tray" error and have to switch machine off/on to clear it?

This machine has an internal finisher, all seems ok sensors move freely at the tray and exit.
Firmware up to date and the finsiher has had a new pcb for a different fault a month or so ago.
No jam just the message.
Any ideas as I am not that familiar with the finishers?

This is a service mode option on by default after you replaced the board I guess it switched back! It tells the customer to remove the paper after only about 50 sheets. Change to 1 or 0 if its on 1 going from memory is in ACC level 2 look for something like FIN-STP cant remember the exact one but you'll find it.

A Message of 'Remove Paper From the Finisher' is Displayed, After Running Only
Fifteen Sheets of Large Size Paper Problem :
The message remove paper from the finisher would come up on the display after
running fifteen large size copies ( LGL-11X17). LTR size paper seemed to work fine.
The machine would not continue running any jobs until the paper was removed. After
checking the paper surface sensors PS11 and PS12, it was noticed that the finisher
paper tray was a little crooked. Since the tray was crooked it did not allow the proper
height of the stack to be detected correctly. Solution :
The finisher tray was realigned so that is was straight and level. One side of the
tray was off by one tooth. In this case, leveling the tray resolved the issue.
