if you used not genuine toner sometimes we have encountered trouble from the print quality, try to clean the developer unit remove the toner and clean the developer toner sensor.......
Looking at your sample I can see the registration is slipping slightly, you could try to clean the registration roller (long hard gray rubber roller in the right hand door) if this does not work then you will need to replace the registration clutch.
