    [Misc] Auto-gradation with imagepress C800

    Dears all:
    I faced problem that when doing autogradation with imagepress C800 the following message appear
    "Adjustment was canceled . try again"
    i try again and again the same result
    by taking in consideration that we maintain our machine in care and well.

      Change the tray output selection for the gradation test print./ change it to test another location

      Check the output sensor for selected location. > sensor flag could be hung up

        Make sure that you run Autograd using a generic type media for instance A3/SRA3. If the paper in the cassette that you are using has a custom name or settings applied for instance you have renamed the paper in the cassette; 'Special Paper' Autograd will generally fail.

          We did not use finisher
          Just output tray is installed

                The patch sensors read out at the 18 inch area. Check your color drums at the edges.
