just putting it out there I have 2 1435 issue different machines. 1-machine has 40k on it I had to replace fuser unit at 20k and again 40k..using oem toner and parts, machine has not been jamming customer I know well and they run only 20lb bond paper. the film is pushing to the front wrinkling up and tearing canon Canada has no reported issues. 2- I have a dev. unit that has wear lines in the dev roller at 20k replaced dev unit for now. just seeing if anyone else has had these issues. I have like 40 units in my territory. other than these two issues seems to be okay small machines.

I have experienced the same issues. torn film and lines on dev sleeve. just replace film or fuser and dev assembly parts -

Update the firmware to DCON V5.01
Replace the two springs of the fixing unit. The new springs have a black line mark.Comment

thanks for replies I am just replacing components but it does lower the profit margins when parts are not lasting there life. you wouldn't have a part # for the springs with black mark?Comment
