Customer upgraded to a laptop with Windows 10 Home. Now they can't scan to file. Their Windows 7 computer worked
just fine. The copier is an IRADVC5035. I have seen some threads here but not for a Canon. I checked all the permissions
for the folder and it's set the same way I have set others. I have set up scanning for other Windows 10 computers without
problems. Just not the Home version. I can't browse to the computer. I get the send error #801 so I went through the
items it listed and no change. Any ideas?
