No you don't need to do anything in service mode after replacing the drum unit or the ITB cleaning blade (only a counter to reset but this wont effect the performance)

Look like the quality issue only happens on magenta?

So you replaced the magenta drum?

Are you using genuine Canon toner?

Just replace drum/dv unit, or look in YouTube on how to rebuild those drum units and clean out, replace drum blade if drum is good, or just replace both, make sure you clean drum charge roller good, you will get great color.

Magenta drum unit is the first one that consumes first of all drums. If you changed 4 drums at the same time, do not wonder if magenta finishes first.
Just change the magenta drum unit because everything else is ok.
