hello, i have an ir adv c5051 copier with no possible To use the ADF. It la the ADF one pass. Thanks for helps.

thanks i'am canon french technician but my english is poor,I have not any error code . the messag is: "impossible to use the feeder", the feeder is one pass for recto-verso . In the service mode there is no feeder but I have (copier, sorter, Fax). I can print, do copy on the glass.

In service mode
make sure SCANTYPE is set correctly in SERVICE MODE > COPIER > OPTIONS > CUSTOM > SCANTYPE = 1 for a single pass DF.

When C5030 is using a recirculating DF, set SCANTYPE to 0.
