[Misc] Ir-a-8595 copying issue from document feeder

WE ARE FACING A COPYING ISSUE IN F4 SIZE (215X330MM) ORIGINAL DOCUMENT FROM FEEDER.OUTPUT IS GETTING CUT FROM THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENT.
BUT IS FINE WHEN WE MAKING COPIES FROM THE PLATEN GLASS. BELOW MENTIONED SCENARIOS FOLLOWED FOR BOTH PLATEN GLASS AND FEEDER

*WHILE COPYING FROM PLATEN GLASS
ENABLED THE (OP-SZ-DT) FROM 0 TO 1 ORIGINAL SIZE DETECTION WHEN COPY BOARD OPEN,THEN CREATED A CUSTOM PAPER SIZE IN THE BYPASS TRAY
215 X 330 MM THEN ITS WORKING FINE.

*WHILE COPYING FROM DADF

ENABLED THE ORG-LGL OPTION IN THE SERVICE MODE ,LIKE TRIED ALL THE TYPES ONE BY ONE FROM 0-12,AND CREATED A CUSTOM SIZE PAPER IN THE BYPASS TRAY 215 x330 MM IMAGE IS GEETING CUT.
CUSTOMER ORGINAL SIZE IS F4 (215x300)MM ,BUT WE HAVE F4A LGL SIZE OPTION IN THE SERVICE MODE.

KINDLY SUGGEST US TO SOLVE THIS F4 (215X330M)SIZE COPYING ISSUE FROM THE ADF .

When you place your document in the feeder what size is detected on the control panel?

customer original size is 215x330 mm ,after enabled the org-lgl to 9 in the service mode. Its showing lglr in service mode and in the user mode its shows auto ,without loading the paper in the trays ,i made copies ,once the scanning is completed machine is popping up a massage to load lgl appropriate paper.

Entered service mode-feeder-diSplay-feed size -lglr

You don't want it to AUTO detect size, use F4R setting in service mode, feed the original landscape orientation, and you select the feed tray where you setup that custom size. Maybe set up manual feed to landscape as well.

yes you are right ,i dont want auto size detection ,if the original document is detected as f4R issue will be solved ,
but in our service mode f4A is available f4R is not available if u have the idea to setup the origianl as f4R kindly
give the detailed information about that service mode option which will be helpful for me.

My bad, read your post in error, re: F4R, in service mode.
