    IR ADV 6055 jamcode 0103 -ps24

    adv 6055 paper jam 0103 - ps 24

    IR adv 6055 jam 0103

    Hello


    one of our 6055 machine 0103 paper jam occurs.paperalways stuck on the same place (see the attached image) .I replaced entire right side cover,first pick up

    assembly and tried to cleaned the rollers near the vertical path sensor, but still jamming.

    Any help will be welcome.

      Is that sheet on the wrong side of that black diverter??
      Do all other trays, 2,3,4 feed OK, duplex as also?

          is issue > as asked already > from all paper feed locations ?

          make sure u inspect and clean any of those Gold Colored Bushings- black gunk build up inside causes jam delay issues.

          Tech Tip: never lube these bushings> causes a reaction with material used in bushing > lesson learned a long time ago with these Canon NP/iR/CLC/iRADV-C_Printer Bushings.

          **Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**

              no,its in the right side.except tray 2 , all other trays having the same issue

                  tray 2 is working ,all others having the same issue.i already cleaned those bushings with gold colored.but still the same
                  .....
