ir7086 interminent blank copies

i have to go help a fellow tech tomorrow who is getting interminent blank copies on a ir7086 he has changed all the corona units and updated the sys soft. I had him change the sep current values and still jets occasional blank copies. Has anyone seen this? I'll know more tomorrow when i see this machine.

make sure that he is not leaving originals on the feeder covering A3 det.sensor...i would have a look at the fuser to make sure its not dragging down the HVT esp if it has high milage

Any High voltage alarms logged? Check contacts where coronas contact at rear of machine...trans/sep get spread apart on ir 105 alot....re-crimp. Also if upper fuser roll bearings and spacers are not put on in proper order will cause int. blanks, high voltage errors

I was wondering if you solved this. It would be useful to know what corrected the problem. If not, do the blanks come up during a run of 1 original with multiple copies or is it a multi page original with 1 copy. and just to clarify it is a copy job not a print issue? thanks
