Hi guys!
I have a customer that cannot receive faxes ....they they can send fine.
This problem has tried to be resolved by switching out 3 different model machines (IRA2020,2225 and an IRA5255) all doing the same thing.
I told the customer to contact Xfinity for this problem, and they say of its not their fault.
Is there a setting on the Canon IRA s that need needs to be set? It seems like the only time I have this problem is with Xfinity customers.
Has anyone else seen this problem?
