    Canon irc3200 LCD freezing help!

    Hello, Does anyone ran into this problem. The LCD on Canon irc3200 is freezing after turn it on about 7 second. Nothing on the panel is work included key pad, reset, stop, start.

    I reload the system software but the problem is still the same? Please help. Thanks

    i have seen this before on a similar model and i found there was a broken key switch. therefore the keyboard and lcd were locked up

      Thanks for quick responsed. Where is that key switch you talking about.
      The weird thing that I can do anything in that 7 second like go into service mode, make copies.....but the machine need to warm up longer than that so, it stuck right there.

        it was one of the # keys and i could feel the "push & click" of the key switch was different from the others on the keyboard however if you have 7 seconds of working i think this is a different issue sorry man

          hi man i incounter this problem from other box not in 3200.i change the dc but still no good change hdd.but the problem exist then i change the whole control panel that solves the problem.im not sure if it works in your problem. good luck.

            Clear all ram and re-seat pcbs and boot rom before replacing anything
