    Canon Np6030 shut chk error

    I dont find the display message in my manuals, have somebody a hint where i shall check.

    Sorry, that message doesn't mean any thing to me, and I know these machines. Check to see if any error codes are stored. =^..^=
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

      I don't understand your question?

      The machine shuts off and the display (and machine) goes off?.
      As in most Canons of that generation I'd start checking the fuser unit
      for blown fuses/lamps, etc. also check the main switch.

        Hi,
        if the m/c shuts down with out any code u my check for fuser unit lamps fuses connections plugs etc,also exposure lamp my be burned-it happens with me for NP6035- and if the expo lamp stays on when u switch on the m/c also shuts down with out any code.
        it mentioned in the service manual the page after ERROR codes.

          hi.try to check the power source it may not stable.& chek the main switch&power supply board

              Hold the power switch on and dont let it click off...probably some e-2.... error or e-8....probably blown exposure lamp

                Thanks for your replies, but i havnt been on that mashine for some weeks, they have a loan mashine from us so far. I post a reply when i have found the fault.

                  machine shut off

                  if the machine shut off intermittently,still u can use ur machine,probably the composite power supply hv problem.
