[Misc] Cleaning Web not moving on iR8295

[V-P]

This is an Adv 8925 series.

The cleaning web is not advancing.

I have checked the solenoid and it operates ok.

I have even replaced FM3-7339 Fixing Drive Assy.

If I remove the Fixing Drive than I can physically move by hand the wheel (in the photo attached) and the web advances as it should.

But I don't see a physical connection between that wheel or an arm of it and the white plastic arm of the solenoid of the Fixing Drive.

Am I missing some part or what ?

The one way needle pin clutch can fail & the shaft it drives can wear down & slip so wont drive the web.

Whats the main count on?
