    IR ADV C5250 New Drom doesnt fit

      The black drum is different to the colour, which drum are you replacing?

      You can simply 'snip off' the rear plastic stopper to make it fit.

              clip the two tabs off the rear of the unit and it will drop right in

                  Black drum is differant to the colour, looking at your picture it clearly shows BLACK!

                          The black drums are cheaper than colour so most companies only stock the black & modify them as you did.
