You are clearly not a tech?

From service mode you can view the JAM CODE this will point us/you in the right direction.

If the jam happens after the paper exits, my suspicion is:
                1. the movement of the paper towards the exit becomes difficult(If the lower roller is causing this, it wont show any code)
                2. the exit sensor finding it difficult to return to home position after the paper passes (usually caused by slight displacement of the sensor flag in its position)
                Conclusion:
Once the sensor allows the copy to exit, it means the exit sensor is working fine. If the exit sensor is not working, the copy would stop before it.
                Suggestions:
                1. Check for clogs or wear in bushings at each end of lower roller
                2. Unset and examine the movement of the sensor flag to see if it is smooth
                3. Replace the fuser unit with a working one to guide you to where the error is.

I hope you finally smile after the headache buddy!

You said you replaced the sensors, which ones? Most likely the sensor either just as the paper enters, or exits the fixing unit would be the culprit if a bad sensor.
Did you check the sensor flags going into and coming out of the fixing unit hanging up?
Is the image correctly centered each time?
