hello peeps

client recently fitted new C/M/Y imaging units (3 weeks ago) and is complaining the colours have now gone very light (K is fine)

i can't for the life of me remember if there is an ATDC setup to do when fitting a new unit on this series

any ideas on this one?

I always do a color correction and Full gradation adjustment when I swap drums... And check if the copier has reset the counter... That's it...
