Hi all,

Just wondered if anyone one else has had the same issue, after fitting a new drum (K) with the device still powered on we get terrible...

client recently fitted new C/M/Y imaging units (3 weeks ago) and is complaining the colours have now gone very light (K is fine)...

I'm an experienced tech, but not on HP. Still should be simple. The new 49 toner cartridge will not lock in place on the right side only.
