I probably need a new HDD and if someone can send me a link to download the SST and the firmware.

Try reloading the firmware before you replace the HDD may just be corrupted.

We can supply should you need it.

I was surprised to see there was a charge to download the firmware. Isn't firmware, service manuals, etc owned and copyrighted by the OEM's ?
