[Dead] LBP-351 Not booting up

Dear team,

kindly help me to resolve the issue

one of my team mate is facing an issue with LBP351 , during turning on process printer stops at the booting stage and it keeps hanging for hours .

there is improvement after several restarts.

Kindly share you experiences and advise to solve this issue

hdd ok?
firmware reloaded?

Please be informed that , this printer doesn't have the HDD .

As per the service manual , the firmware has to be updated through UST or SST . But in this case printer is hanging while booting up .

so the SST and UST will not work since the ports are not active

Is there any way to do safe boot of firmware update .

Your kind help is much applicable

I know it's an old post but what was the fix? I am having the same issue.
