Here are a few things to look at:

Misfeeds (jam code 0133) on fax receptions only, during reverse delivery, mainly in the morning. The lower feeding unit inlet roller can become glazed, and the paper slips on reverse operation. Clean the lower feeding unit inlet roller with roller rejuvenator, or scotch brite and alcohol.

Misfeeds in inverter during reverse delivery. Paper cuts in the front fins of the lower left side door delay paper movement. File smooth door fins with paper cuts on the lower left side door.

Misfeeds in inverter during reverse delivery. Open the gap on the left door guide plates by loosening the screws for the lower guide, and repositioning it.

Misfeeds in the delivery door at 110k copies. It primarily affects fax receptions. The delivery rollers get dirty. Clean the delivery rollers with roller rejuvenator, or scotch brite and alcohol.

Misfeeds in the flapper, immediately following faxes and prints. The plunger sticks in the solenoid. Remove the O-ring.

Misfeeds in the inverter on fax receptions only. The paper is misdirected into the duplexer. This tech found a mylar guide bent back out of place. It affects weather the copy enters the duplex or turn guide.

Misfeeds on fax receptions, on early production GP200s. Early production models have plastic delivery bushings, which can wear out. Replace plastic delivery bushings with bronze bushings.

Misfeeds when using fax functions. Reseat the fax PCB and check connections.

What jam codes are you getting? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
