Sample attached. Line about 1/2 inch from front in feed direction. Only does it when copying through ADF. Internal prints, prints and copies off glass are fine. Customer not set up to scan but I assume the line would be there if using the ADF. Scan glass is clean. Cleared Rcon. 2nd tray is legal and that doesn't do it. I'm thinking maybe reader controller. Any thoughts?
