We have received a donated Canon IRC3080. After using it for several months it now stuck at the progress bar when the machine is booting up.
Is this probably caused by a bad hard drive?
If anyone has idea on where to obtain the Service Support Tool and firmware so that I can create a new hard drive to save the machine please message me or contact me on btlinechat@gmail.com
