    IRA4225 Error code E000014-002 displayed

I have replaced the fuser film and presssure roller and error occurs occasionally. I have tested fuser motor and it works properly. Any advice and next step.
    Thanks

    did you replace thermistor/stats?
    did you replace any bushings/bearings?
did you buy parts a reputable source?
did you follow the service manual on rebuild?
did you reset any code/part life after rebuild?

you really don't give any help to us with such a brief explanation of the repair.

You post would be seen by a lot more qualified Canon tech if you placed in the actual Canon forum. https://www.copytechnet.com/forums/canon/
