It has something to do with the ATR Control area of the copier. You could have a faulty Patch Sensor or it could be dirty. Are you getting any error codes?

Yes,after a few printing i keep getting code e020-0103...i already clean the patch sensor but, still getting the code sometime...is there any way to get the density to normal value?

Description The value is higher than the upper limit for the patch.
Remedy Go through the following: DISPLAY > P-LED-DA; perform
cleaning first If P-LED-DA is 3F or more.■

        1. Check installation of the Developing Assembly and the
        Drum.■
        2. Clean the Patch Sensor (UN47,UN48,UN49) Window.■
        3. Check if the patch sensor is disconnected.■
        4. Replace the Patch Sensor.■
        5. Replace the Drum.

Send photo of test page 10 and test page 6 to see the status of developers.
if you have cleaned the patch sensor, perform developer initialization

Initialization of Developing Assembly (toner ratio and patch) is necessary and it differs
          depending on the color.
If 4 colors are replaced simultaneously, execute INISET-4.
COPIER > FUNCTION > INSTALL > INISET-Y Initialization of Y Developing Assembly (toner
          ratio and patch)
          COPIER > FUNCTION > INSTALL > INISET-M Initialization of M Developing Assembly
          (toner ratio and patch)
COPIER > FUNCTION > INSTALL > INISET-C Initialization of C Developing Assembly (toner
          ratio and patch)
COPIER > FUNCTION > INSTALL > INISET-K Initialization of Bk Developing Assembly
          (toner ratio and patch)
          COPIER > FUNCTION > INSTALL > INISET-4 Initialization of 4-colors Developing
          Assembly (toner ratio and patch)
Execute the following in user mode: (Settings/Registration > Adjustment/Maintenance >
Adjust Image Quality > Auto Adjust Gradation).
