in the photo you can see a more evident loss of black toner when the percentage of coverage increases as in the case of photos etc .. pull out the black drum unit check and suck in internally, replace if necessary keeping in mind the PM counter

Have you checked the paper settings ? Looked at the weight and type of media ? looks like a issue with Fusing
